The steps to get your lodging are:

1. Registration and Tier Assignment
On the registration page, we ask you for contact information and details about your participation in this year's summer camp out. You can request one of three tier assignments:
Medical: People with a reasonable medical need for a room.
Coordinators & Key Volunteers: People with a significant role planning and/or making the campout happen, e.g. Coordinators or folks working 20+ hours before, during, or after the campout.
Other Volunteer: People who have tickets, and plan to work one or more volunteer shift, but don't fit into one of the other categories.
Once you complete the registration process, FnF 2025 Cabins admins will assign you a tier and send you a confirmation email with the date and time on which your tier opens for reservations.

2. Reserve Your Lodging
When your tier's reservation window opens, log into the website and select the "book!" tab. Please note that you will be able to reserve one room and NO MORE than one room*. We prefer that you pay immediately by Paypal from the reservation confirmation screen. You will get an email confirming your reservation, but please note that you must pay for your lodging in full before the payment deadline (May 9) or we will release your hold on the room.
Some of the rooms have space for as many as 6 people**, so you can organize a group, have one person reserve the room, and split up the room however you wish. Once you have reserved and paid for a room, any room changes or cost sharing are the responsibility of the group.
Please note: the person who reserves the room will be responsible for making sure guests in the room follow all cabin rules, paying for any damages that may occur and removing all trash. The FnF campout is a pack in and pack out event and this applies to the cabins as well. Trash cans are only provided to help you collect your garbage before you pack it out.
* The exception: In the Main Cabin, there are three dormitory-style rooms with multiple twin bunk beds. For these rooms, you reserve by the bed, and you may reserve more than one bed.
** Assuming 2 people to a full or queen bed and 1 person to a twin.
3. Payment and Reservation Confirmation
When you have selected your room, you may pay using the PayPal button on the confirmation/checkout screen. We strongly prefer this option. However, you may pay via Paypal later by logging in to this Cabins system, and selecting "Reservations" in the drop-down menu under your name in the top toolbar. Please check the FAQ for payment options other than the PayPal button at check-out.
Please remember that a non-paid reservation only lasts until May 9. If we have not received your payment before then, we will cancel your registration and make your lodging available for other participants.
Once we receive payment, we will send you a final email confirming your paid reservation.
